The Feedback System consists on the ability of SmartPOS customers to take an active role in the functionality added and improvements made in software releases.

The process currently works as follows:

• Suggestion is received by our technical staff and customer receives a returned receipt.
• Suggestion is evaluated, prioritized and often implemented in the up-coming releases.
• Software releases are accompanied by a newsletter informing customers of enhancements made and up-coming features that the team is working on.
