The Smart POS system is monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week for smooth operation and data integrity. Our customers are provided with our highly reliable technical support, should they ever need it. If you require support, simply call us on our support number. Support personnel is available to answer your questions from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. For any questions or issues outside of those times, you will be prompted to leave a detailed message with information about the issue or question.
